Small Oval Piggin/Bucket
This style of short bucket or piggin was traditionally used as a milk tub. It is carved from bald cypress wood and bound with iron hoops painted cerulean blue. The rounded handle is a style seen in some 19th century Scandinavian cooperage. There is a small notch cut into the rim of the tub. This was an accident on my part. I've dropped the price on the tub as a result.
