Jamestown Cooperage Return Policy:
When you make a purchase with Jamestown Cooperage, LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase and if the cooperage is in the original condition which it was sold, you may return it for a refund of the purchase price (issued via a company check) within 30 days of purchase. We do not accept returns on highly customized orders or cooperage that has obviously been used.

If an item is defective, it can be returned for an exchange within 30 days of purchase.

Shipping costs will not be covered if you have to return an item.

Jamestown Cooperage Cancellation Policy:

Refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis if the order is canceled within 30 days of order. No refunds will be issued for cancellations 30 days or more after the order has been placed.
